what players say
Physical preparation for me is crucial. I had a lot of coaches and experience, so staying good physically let you give the maximum on each training and match.
All the players technically are more or less similar, difference make a good state of body.
For me it is very important, because the season is long, and you need good physical preparation, because it helps you to be in shape before and during the season, it is very good to end a strong match of 5 sets, and also many players, like that physical trainers use work in the gym as a recovery, they use it to work and maintain muscle tone, I personally like working in the gym a lot, there are players who do not like to do it, but they always have to work physical stage, since in general it is one of the most important things in the professional sport.

What will happen if you start the right training too late or (worse) you will not start at all?
A lack of activities in the form of appropriate training in shaping your physique at the best will result in the failure to use your potential and stopping at a certain stage of sports development. In the worst case, you will have a contusion, injury or other factors will appear eliminating you from practicing sports.
Dear volleyball player. If you notice:
- your form wavers during the season
- your regeneration takes a very long time
- pain symptoms correspond to the number of workouts
- volleyball training and matches make it hard to endure to the end
- your strength drops dramatically along with the duration of the training or match
- your development is slower than you expect
- you fell into the trap of training stagnation
This is a sign to intervene. Why?
The best trainers in motor preparation agree that most factors such as: regeneration, fitness during demanding training and matches, the number of contusions and injuries or the rate of sports development are determined by your physical preparation.
Don’t be passive about this matter. You need to understand that without proper physical preparation you will not use your body’s potential. Your condition, health and disposition during every single workout and during the season depend on you.
It doesn’t matter if you are 15, 25, 35 or 45 years old. Starting proper motor training will always bring positive results. The sooner you understand the importance of strength training in the volleyball, the more successful you will be.
You will enjoy a fantastic form throughout the whole season, constantly improving your performance and simultaneously you will forget the unpleasant discomfort that makes it difficult to train at maximum speed.

Here are specific solutions that you will learn from the book: “THE WAY OF A CHAMPION”
Do you know that there are proven training methods that effectively shape the physical skills of an athlete?
Yes, that’s true. You must realize that I know what you feel and I know your situation perfectly.
Over the many years of working with the athletes and as a former volleyball player I have experienced a lot of problematic situations. Since I help professionals from one of the best volleyball leagues in the world and I work with the Polish team daily, I will help you!
- Why should you work on your motor skills regardless of gender, age and role on the team?
- How to improve your jump, speed, precision, attack strength and other key motor skills!
- How to train to avoid injury and strengthen the weaknesses of your body
- Why, without proper motor training, young volleyball players (but not only them) are exposed to numerous contusions, injuries, overloads and pain, and consequently numerous interruptions in practicing sport?
- What to do to regenerate faster and to maintain good body condition?
- Motor foundations dominating in volleyball.
- Why should a woman train at the gym?!
- How to create and manage training plans so that development is uninterrupted!
- Why should motor training also be conducted above all for children and adolescents?

Dear volleyball player, dear coach, see if you recognise any of the situations described below.
If so, you must know that such problems concern many amateur volleyball players, semi-amateur volleyball players and (sadly) many professionals.
That’s why I have collected all the problems, difficulties and wrong beliefs encountered in working with athletes and included the answers to them in one book.
Dear volleyball player, aren’t you discouraged by frequent injuries that hinder sports development? Are you tired of situations in which you pour hectoliters of sweat performing various “circus” exercises with no effects? Maybe you’ve heard that you will become slow and lumbering when you work out in the gym?
Dear female volleyball player, you’ve probably heard many opinions about strength training for women, right? There is much controversy about each one. In this book you will find something especially for you. You will find out why you should train strength and what differences to include comparing to the men’s training.
Dear coach, you would probably want your players to always be at full disposal and to remain the whole season at high speed and without injury, right? What should they do to become stronger, faster and more effective? How to programme trainings and what to take into account for them to withstand the hardships of their efforts? When is the best time to start this type of training?
If you are thinking of your development and you feel inside that you are not going in the right direction spending many hours training, performing “circus” exercises, and the only thing you gain is constant fatigue, I assure you – you are 100% right.
Don’t blame yourself. All your activities were done without professional knowledge and without the support from competent people. Or maybe there was no one to rely on except yourself.
How to implement positive changes in the training routine?
Since you are reading this text, I am guessing that you are looking for answers to the following questions:
“What to do, how to train so I can become a better player?”,
“How to train to jump higher?”,
“How can I improve the strength of the serve, attack?”,
“How can I effectively protect my body against contusions and injuries?”
and much, much more…
Have you ever wondered where the problem lies?
Look. Even Albert Einstein said that it is madness to expect new results constantly doing the same. It’s time for a change. It’s best to change to some better ones. As an athlete, you may have been looking for answers in many places on the Internet. If so, you see that what you can read is too general, often supported by old, outdated knowledge. Many matters are hard to find or are not related to volleyball.
That’s why new, current and proven methods are needed!
What do athletes do when they are aware of a problem?
They go to someone who will help them or … they educate themselves! Above all, your further development depends on you. Sometimes it is not the club’s fault that they don’t have a competent person who could be involved in motor preparation.
It is a standard especially in the lower leagues, youth competitions and on an amateur level.
I have a solution for you.
The knowledge contained in the book is based on current, reliable research as well as experience in working with professional volleyball players.
This is a guide for volleyball players and coaches that “step by step” presents the methodology of motor training, describes its purpose and validity in practice.
In addition, the book includes ready-made training plans and exercises shown in photos along with a description of their correct performance.
